Refund Policy
This policy explains how Belleville Systems handles refunds for paid GoRAPT services, including the HostCopy Listing Pack and any paid RAPT subscriptions. It supplements the Terms of Service.
HostCopy Listing Pack ($9 one-time)
HostCopy sells a one-time digital Listing Pack. Each purchase includes one initial AI-generated pack and up to three regenerations from the same set of host-supplied facts.
Because the deliverable is generated on demand using paid third-party AI services, refund eligibility is tied to whether any AI generation has been used on the purchase:
- Refund available: if you paid for a Listing Pack but were unable to generate any AI output due to a verifiable technical failure on our side, we will refund the purchase in full within seven days of the purchase date.
- Refund available: if you paid for a Listing Pack and have not yet used any of the four included AI generations, you may request a full refund within seven days of the purchase date.
- No refund: once any of the four included AI generations has been used, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable. The Anthropic API charges Belleville Systems for each generation and these costs cannot be reversed.
- No refund: for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with creative output that meets the documented factuality and length rules, or failure to follow the guidance to provide accurate host-supplied facts.
To request a refund, email contact@gorapt.com from the email address used at checkout, include your Stripe receipt or access code, and describe the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and typically arrive within five to ten business days.
RAPT subscriptions
Where RAPT offers paid subscription plans, charges are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. Belleville Systems does not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a paid period unless required by law.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact contact@gorapt.com within thirty days and we will review the charge in good faith.
Chargebacks and disputes
We prefer to resolve billing concerns directly. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card network without first contacting us, your access to paid HostCopy and RAPT features may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
